I oversee the Las Vegas office of Gordon & Rees as the managing partner. Although there are occasional challenges balancing my personal commitment to trials and large cases, I thoroughly enjoy managing our lawyers-especially the new or less experienced ones. Most of our attorneys have between 10-20 years experience which makes managing easier. I get great satisfaction mentoring the newer attorneys and watching them mature into successful litigators.
