Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all technology recruitment for Insight Investment globally • Acting as recruitment business partner to key business group heads and providing them with required recruiting updates, strategy and metrics as required • Sourcing qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and managing the end to end recruitment processes • Ensuring a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment processes, sharing manager feedback and appropriately managing all candidates • Manage search firm engagements and terms • Championing key recruiting initiatives (diversity, mobility etc.) and developing and executing strategies which support these initiatives and goals • Partnering with colleagues to contribute to the wider HR team through proactive sharing of information and best practice • Driving a creative recruitment strategy that can attract tech talent to Insight
