I am a regional Head of Medical Affairs and VP, with extensive healthcare knowledge and experience in Europe, USA, Japan and China. My competencies include Medical Affairs and Development at a global, regional and affiliate levels. I have a successful track record in building and developing high-performing teams as well as change management of challenging organisational situations.I am a medical doctor by training with specialist registration as a Pharmaceutical Physician in the UK. Before joining the Pharmaceutical Industry I completed my training in O&G and went onto perform research which culminated in a MD Thesis. During my 20+ years of industry experience I have managed Medical Affairs Teams at Affiliate and Regional level and Development Team at a Global level with a focus in the field of Oncology.
