I am a partner at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP and have been practicing law at MH & H for over 30 years. Throughout my long tenure with the firm, I have been a commercial litigator enforcing our clients’ rights on both basic and complex matters nationwide, with a concentration in the New York metropolitan area. My clients come from many industries, including manufacturing, commercial real estate, and financial services. I also represent many banks and equipment finance companies in the documentation of asset based loans and equipment leases, as well as the enforcement and workouts of these transactions in state, federal and bankruptcy court. Throughout my career, I have acquired practical knowledge as to how the drafting of a document affects its enforceability. I have applied this knowledge to assist my clients in the creation and modification of their agreements and other documents.
