This includes but is not limited to all RFI\'s, subcontracts, purchase orders, scheduling, estimating, organize/process change orders, budget management, project coordination and communication, lead OAC meetings, and maintaining owner relationships/involvement throughout entire project duration. Project Safety Personnel and Quality Control. Lead Weekly Safety Meetings and perform Safety Walks to ensure jobsite safety and verify OSHA regulations and standards are met and maintained. Coordinate, organize and build Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Warranty Letter information for owners.
