About Robert Rukavina

As the Director of Acquisitions at Seibel Developments & Investments I lead the search for high quality real estate development properties and investment grade assets. I provide financial modeling and analyses on every real estate opportunity and development project that we uncover in our targeted markets for our principals and investors. As a Development Manager at SDI I help our team with a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed use projects across many different categories ranging from acquisition, lease up, pre-development, budgeting, and construction through disposition. I work closely with our entire in-house and outside construction and development teams. My Responsibilities include the full spectrum of each project: performing financial, market, massing and permitting analyses, interviewing and selecting the project team, generation of scope, schedule and budget, and development of permitting strategy.My interests outside of work include playing golf, hiking and climbing, spending time with family and friends and entertaining myself with different projects and possibilities within the world of Real Estate.
