As the CEO of the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association (NBCSA), I bring over 25 years of progressive, international experience in construction safety and operations, combined with a strong passion for creating safer workplaces across the industry. My career has been built on a foundation of leading large-scale, high-impact capital projects from infrastructure and residential developments to mining and decarbonization initiatives, always with safety as the top priority.Previously serving as Director of Safety Services at Construction Safety Nova Scotia, I led transformative strategies to improve safety outcomes, modernize training (including the use of VR), enhance customer service, and drive operational efficiency.
