Robert Rogalski has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry. Robert’s expertise involves providing superior customer support and team management. As Chief Operating Officer for Sunstates Security, he prides himself on delivering quality service and exceeding customer expectations. Success in the contract security field can only be achieved by providing Security Officers a quality place to work and offering them the necessary tools to perform at a high level. Robert’s goals for Sunstates are to take care of our customers, provide a great place to work, and develop security programs to the best in the industry. Robert has served in a variety of roles within the contract security industry to include Area Operations Manager, District Manager, Director of Operations, and SVP of Operations. Related career security experience includes the market segment types of corporate complex, financial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial real estate, retail, government, higher education, industrial, and company police. After joining Sunstates in 2009, Robb implemented best practices from the industry to benefit Sunstates with processes, organization, training, and quality assurance. Robert studied Criminal Justice and Business Management in college and graduated from the University of Maine, Augusta. During Robert career he has participated with networking organizations such as the American Society of Industrial Security, the International Facility Management Association, and the Building Owners and Managers Association.

   Oversee all operational functions for Sunstates Security- Participate with the Sunstates Executive Steering Committees to drive best practices - Monitor company P&L - Partner with the sales team, Regional Managers, current clients, and networking organizations to generate new business and exceed revenue goals- Work with the Corporate Training Department to build a skilled and prepared security programs - Work with the Corporate Legal Department to promote safe work practices- Work with the Human Resource teams to take care of our people - Coordinate with customers and regional teams to build customized security programs - Work with company regional teams to manage deliverables and take a hands-on approach to exceed customer’s expectations - Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze, and solve problems- Participate in business related organizations such as ASIS, BOMA, and IFMA
