Robert Ritschel is a 30 plus year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He has been with The Saywitz Company since 1998. He has excelled through the ranks from a Marketing Associate, Real Estate Consultant, Senior Vice President and has been recently named as Executive Vice President of the Brokerage Division. Mr. Ritschel has been involved in business development, research and the technical aspects of negotiating various real estate transactions for office, industrial, retail and medical requirements throughout the country.Robert has been involved in a variety of transactions of all sizes and has negotiated more than $1 Billion in Real Estate transactions. His client list includes a variety of small, middle and large companies as well as national corporations, entrepreneurial businesses and publicly traded companies. His geographic scope in Southern California includes Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino, Counties. Mr. Ritschel has negotiated transactions in more than twenty-five states as well as Canada and Mexico throughout his career.
