As a Project Manager at FINRA, I work with the Member Supervision teams to ensure compliance and risk monitoring of over 3,600 brokerage firms and brokers. I apply my Prince 2 Practitioner and APM Project Management qualifications to plan, execute, and deliver projects that support FINRA\'s mission of protecting investors and promoting market integrity.With 9 years of project management experience, I have successfully pivoted from a civil engineering focus to investments, managing projects worth over $1.5 billion for AIA, SE Asia\'s largest insurance company. I have also led the LIBOR Transition project for AIA\'s investment departments, managing key regulatory and operational changes for $326 billion worth of assets. I have a strong background in stakeholder relations, business leadership, and analytical skills, as well as a passion for learning new disciplines and adapting to new environments. I am also a certified Scrum Master and have recently completed a course on transitioning from waterfall to agile project management, demonstrating my commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
