Data Protection o Reporting into the Data Protection Officer & Group Head of Security, acting as a deputy DPO on all matters pertaining to Data Protection and Information Governance laws. Monitoring ongoing compliance across BAU and project activity across large group comprising of multiple entities across various sites. o Managing a Compliance Officer, mentoring and training within subjects of Data Protection & Information Security, Environmental Compliance standards. o Incident and data breach first responder. o Acting as point of contact and expertise for various businesses and project teams across the group on Data Protection queries. o Maintaining ROPA/Art30 registers across various businesses, implementing data protection frameworks, carrying out DPIA & LIA exercises. Maintaining registers of and responding to Subject Access Requests/RTBF requests and liaising with IT to follow through to completion. o Implementation and maintenance of DP & Security incident processes throughout the group, monthly reporting to board level. o Supplier Due Diligence, Third Party Auditing & Contract Reviews. o Horizon monitoring for changes in international data laws. o Creation of training materials, induction modules, refreshers, policies. ISO27001 o Chairs Information Security Committee, manages ISO27001 certification end to end – including annual internal audit schedule, management of external auditors and accreditation bodies. o Acts as Risk Manager for the Group, maintaining of various departmental risk registers, implementation of risk treatment methodologies and owns group risk management tool. o Owner of Phishing work stream; management of simulation tool, reporting inbox & carrying out investigations into suspected attacks.
