It was recognised that there was a wealth of potential in the knowledge of NHS employees in terms of how to improve care and that there was no means of support out there to make the most of this.Since InnoScot Health came in to existence they have successfully developed many ideas and projects that have come from NHS staff. These vary from basic ideas to more complicated research projects.
