Approved by the Governor: Chapter No. 20•••54• Currently monitoring regulatory and legislative issues and interpretating effects / applicability to Yara’s business in multiple areas including CFATS (ANSP Rulemaking), Farm Bill, PFAS, OFCAF, Biostimulants, NUE, Carbon Footprint and GHG Emissions.• Participated in and led multiple visits to Capitol Hill to present Yara’s position on current CFATS reauthorization, Farm Bill Legislative asks and Regulatory Certainty and Permitting Reform.• AAPFCO Committee Representation for Terms & Definitions, Methods Committee, and Biostimulants Subcommittee.• TFI Committee Representation for PQT, Biostimulants Council, Climate & Energy, Sustainability, AN Task Force, Government Affairs, 4R Stewardship, and EHSS.• Fertilizer Canada Committee Representation for Products Committee, Nutrients Committee, and AN/CAN Working Group under the Safety and Security Committee.• Working with product development teams to develop and bring to market new fertilizer formulations along with supporting documentation that meet manufacturer needs and comply with industry regulations.
