I am also indirectly in charge of all store operations, loss prevention, human resources, sales and marketing. With my having only been with Sears Corporation for a few months, within departments I am directly in charge of hardware has increased of 16.3% over last year, Sporting Goods increased by 30.5% over last year. My departments are currently number one in the district and number six in the nation. This increase is a direct link between training associates on how to help customers and follow through with a sale.
