   I\'m a licensed CPA and Certified Financial Planner specializing in tax advisory and structuring to high net worth individuals, family groups and corporate executives. I work closely with my clients and their team of advisors to provide proactive and comprehensive advice, focusing on individual income, fiduciary, estate, charitable giving and wealth transfer tax areas. Andersen (Formerly WTAS LLC) is what I call a \"high level boutique\" for tax return preparation and advisory to wealthy clients, with the goal of maximizing effective income, gift and estate tax results. We only sell hours, and thus have no commissions or hidden agendas, and can therefore be an independent non-bias client advocate. I\'m a Managing Director (our Partner equivalent, as we\'re an LLC) in the Private Client Services practice, transitioning myself and my clients in December 2005 from KPMG after the DOJ event (see KPMG below for details). WTAS\' genesis was 23 of the former Arthur Andersen & Co. Private Client Services partners starting the practice, after Enron imploded their firm in 2002, and now has approximately 600 global Partners / Managing Directors, 148 locations and approximately 4,500 personnel.
