As Vice President of Property and Asset Management at CNE, a nonprofit dedicated to the vibrancy of Chattanooga\'s neighborhoods and the prosperity of its residents, I oversee the daily operations of the Property Management Department. My key responsibilities include employee management, tenant relations, contract negotiations, vendor management, budget preparation & oversight, and land bank management. Additionally, I support new construction development, serving as a liaison and primary contact for local, state, and federal agencies concerning rental properties. My role is integral to ensuring the organization\'s housing assets are efficiently managed and aligned with CNE\'s mission to create thriving communities.
