As an Ecommerce Account Delivery Director, my role is to head up our client service team which delivers growth strategy, consultancy and web development through project delivery and support. The role is a hands-on operational role covering all aspects of a full-service digital agency.My daily activities are deeply rooted in fostering business, client growth and project management encompassing a multifaceted approach to nurturing client relationships.Key responsibilities:• Identify clients’ key decision-makers and influencers in order to build solid relationships and ensure the client\'s business needs are being catered for at all levels• Develop and implement cross-sell and up-sell digital pathway opportunities for the agency• Provide a high level of project management to clients across all sizes of projects • Develop ecommerce growth strategies for Fluid clients across development, CRO/UX and performance marketing• Grow and develop the Fluid client service team• Provide regular business reporting and insights to clients via the client service team• Negotiate business renewals and contracts• Support new business pitches and processes to aid the agency in growing our client portfolio• Monitor commercial viability of client\'s projects• Support the management team and attend weekly/monthly management and board meetings providing analysis of client service statistics• Provide account management for our enterprise clients• Provide account management for new clients during project phase
