About Rob Parker
I am a healthcare operations and analytics leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting large physician enterprises and healthcare systems. My work focuses on using data, performance metrics, and operational insights to improve clinical operations, provider productivity, and patient experience. In my current role with Memorial Healthcare System, I support operational analytics and performance improvement initiatives across 61 clinical divisions and more than 150 locations, serving over patients annually and supporting more than patient appointments each year. I have developed 20 Tableau dashboards and numerous advanced Excel reporting tools that are used by operational and executive leadership to monitor provider productivity, patient access, referral patterns, and operational performance across the enterprise. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and operational leaders to translate complex operational data into practical workflow improvements. My experience includes supporting enterprise Epic implementations, improving CGCAHPS patient experience metrics, developing analytics frameworks for operational decision-making, and leading cross-functional initiatives that strengthen care delivery and organizational performance.
