About Robert Padilla
After graduating from Florida International University with a bachelors degree in Business Management and International Business, I accepted a position at Frito-Lay as a Sales District Leader. In this position I was responsible for the coaching, development, and sales results of 10 Route Sales Representatives. I managed/oversaw much of the St. Petersburg salty snack sales for Frito-Lay, which encompasses approximately 250 customers, and in sales. After developing my skills as a leader at Frito-Lay I decided to take a position on the retail side of the business with 7-Eleven. While working with 7-Eleven had the opportunity to oversee a group of 8 stores in the Downtown Miami area with yearly sales of In this position i worked hand in hand with Franchisees and Store Managers to grow sales and gain market share in my trade area.
