About Robert P. Resch

Robert was born and raised in upstate New York. He relocated from New York to Tampa Bay in 1974 where he completed high school in Dunedin. His high school studies focused on a business and advanced math to prepare him for Business Administration and Pre-Law studies in college. Robert\'s knowledge of Construction began soon after high school. Working his way through college at the University of South Florida, Robert took a summer job with a local Tampa Bay boat builder and designer, where he learned carpentry and technical drawing skills. The following spring Robert was hired by a Tampa Bay construction firm as a carpenter and concrete Crew Leader of new gulfside condominiums in Sand Key.Robert transferred to the University of Florida to begin Engineering studies. After taking a few Architectural electives, Robert soon fell in love with Architecture and Design, and was invited to the 3rd year Architecture Program by the Dean of the University. In 1981 Robert graduated with Honors from UF receiving his Bachelor of Design in Architecture. Robert then received a Design Teaching Assistantship from UF upon his acceptance of their invitation to the Graduate Program. He further received his Master of Architecture with High Honors in the Design Option from UF. Robert is a State of Florida Registered Architect and NCARB Registered which allows his firm to attain registration in every state. Robert has been operating his Tampa Bay practice since and has completed projects in Florida, across the Country, and throughout the Caribbean. His Construction background, knowledge and creative thinking are the attributes that have founded his current practice.Today Robert enjoys the Design and Management roles that come with owning his own Architectural firm. Robert contracts with leading Tampa Bay Engineers which complete his Design Team of specialists. He has dedicated his professional career to providing his Clients with the best that Architecture has to offer.
