   Designed foundation, lateral force resisting and building framing systems for low and mid-rise commercial structures across the central and southern United States utilizing wood, masonry, structural and light gauge steel, as well as prestressed and conventionally reinforced concrete materials- Involved in the design and construction of over 100 successful projects- Managed design and construction administration tasks for various projects ensuring compliance with industry standards as well as client and code requirements- Mentored entry level project engineers and interns, providing guidance on technical design methods, analytical softwares, code reading, interdisciplinary relations and other matters pertaining to daily operations- Engaged in conference calls with diverse professional disciplines and clients to facilitate communication and coordination throughout project design and construction processes- Performed site inspections, shop drawing and submittal reviews and other construction administration tasks.
