I’m a very experienced pensions professional with proven strategic, technical, communication, governance, stakeholder and leadership skills. I have wide-ranging experience of working both in-house and in third party roles supporting Boards, Committees, employers and members in all aspects of managing large, complex, pension schemes. I’m CEO of SAUL, which is a DB/DC multi-employer pension scheme and authorised Master Trust.I’m also Chair of Pensions UK’s Defined Benefit Committee and a Member of Pensions UK’s Policy Board. Until September 2025, I also sat on the organising committee of Pensions UK’s South London Committee and was a co-optee member of London South Bank University’s Governance and Audit committee until July 2022.Outside of work, I enjoy getting the run-around by my family, motorcycling and marathon running.
