Daily and weekly water treatment. Resetting alarms. Solving small electrical and plumbing issues, dealing with DBS, BMS and Planon/Concept Evolution.Control and inspect all the Health and Safety aspects. Prevent and avoid hazards. Apply LOTO.Add value to the company by managing well the time and the scope in order to create benefit.Getting involved every day in different aspects of the maintenance; i.e. FCU(changing filters, avoid leaks caused by condensation), power loss sockets, basic plumbing, electric and carpentry and so on.Preventive and reactive maintenance.
