In Cell Therapy, every number has a name - each life-changing medicine is custom designed for one unique patient.After my role was expanded to include the Quality functions of our product pack out, I designed 8 procedures and 5 specialized forms for Commercial and Clinical Label Issuance and Control. The 6-person team I assembled performs 4 distinct operations to produce 9 different types of labels, each one verified to confirm the specific individual patient information matched to the unique product.The Director of Global Labeling and Packaging praised my innovative process and room design, citing it as the model for all our Cell Therapy facilities worldwide.During the first in-depth audit of my Label Control process, Global Quality auditors praised the robust and secure chain of identity verification and I was awarded as a top Subject Matter Expert presenter.
