I am a passionate eLearning instructional designer and educational media producer. Contributing in cross-functional teams, one of my superpowers is working with non-technical people to accomplish complex, technical goals. I am a visual communicator with a career-long research focus on producing innovative interactive media to engage the learner through choreographed content. As a creative thinker, I can work outside-the-box within a templated framework or without. IDEAL is a hybrid learning and content management system (LMS/LCMS) I co-invented that connected school teachers in Arizona. Our international customers included the University of Cambridge (UK) and the Irish Computing Society (IR) who used IDEAL for their online learning and training LCMS.
