I’ve built my career around securing complex environments and helping organizations operate safely in a constantly evolving threat landscape. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and network engineering—designing and leading security programs that balance risk, usability, and operational reality.I currently support a large K–12 school district, where I lead cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives spanning security operations, endpoint and identity protection, network architecture, and systems modernization. My focus is on aligning security strategy with hands‑on execution—turning policy and risk management goals into scalable, measurable outcomes.My expertise is grounded in the Microsoft security ecosystem, including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr, and Entra ID. I work to strengthen detection and response capabilities, improve visibility across environments, reduce attack surface, and design resilient architectures across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud platforms.I also lead large‑scale modernization efforts in hybrid environments, including endpoint co‑management, zero‑trust‑aligned hardening strategies, network segmentation and NAC enforcement, firewall policy modernization, and secure cloud adoption.What drives me most is advancing cybersecurity maturity—particularly in education. I’m passionate about building proactive defenses, repeatable processes, and sustainable security programs that help organizations reduce risk, respond faster, and operate with confidence.
