Reporting to the Director of Research Compliance, I am the Research Compliance Program (RCP) Administrator responsible for overseeing the maintenance, and developing enhancements to, the SCPGM RCP, and expanding compliance services across the medical group. The RCP Administrator supports the various research divisions across SCPMG by partnering with them to perform compliance-quality reviews mitigating the risk of gaps. I deliver guidance on research-related legislation and regulations including HIPAA, informed consent, IRB duties and good clinical practice, among others. As RCP Administrator, I partner with research divisions\' leadership to implement any corrective and preventive action plans, when gaps are discovered. The RCP Administrator is also responsible for the department\'s data management and the team\'s reporting software. I provide compliance training to the principal investigators and IRB members on research compliance rules. The RCP Administrator\'s duties include developing relationships with the divisional leaders to enhance compliance across the medical group, where I collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement and the Institutional Review Board to reduce the risk of future compliance concerns.
