ABOUT ROBERT MILLER

Rob is an entrepreneurial business development and talent management professional who brings a deep functional expertise and a broad business savvy in operations, law, strategy, and business development to build and deliver learning strategies and programs focused on enhancing sales, client management, growth, and profits. He excels in client-facing and hands-on skills including sales, business development, personal leadership, client communication, instructional design, executive coaching, needs assessments, formulating customized development solutions, client communication, and relationship management. Rob has also had the opportunity to build, lead, and manage business ventures in complex and high-risk environments. Since 2012, Rob has developed an expertise in workforce management solutions for companies entering or improving their operations in Brazil and LATAM by building the Brazilian subsidiary of a New York based, full-service workforce management firm from the ground up. During that time, he guided the roll-out and localization of Brazil and LATAM workforce solutions for various companies including a boutique software developer, a premier managed services and vendor management firm, and a top-tier social media company. Those solutions include RPO, contingent worker strategy, staffing, on-boarding, employee benefits, risk management, compliance, and compliance training.Rob is a member of the New York Bar Association, Brazilian Bar Association, and professor at Universidade Cândido Mendes and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
