Rob has also had the opportunity to build, lead, and manage business ventures in complex and high-risk environments. Since 2012, Rob has developed an expertise in workforce management solutions for companies entering or improving their operations in Brazil and LATAM by building the Brazilian subsidiary of a New York based, full-service workforce management firm from the ground up. During that time, he guided the roll-out and localization of Brazil and LATAM workforce solutions for various companies including a boutique software developer, a premier managed services and vendor management firm, and a top-tier social media company. Those solutions include RPO, contingent worker strategy, staffing, on-boarding, employee benefits, risk management, compliance, and compliance training.Rob is a member of the New York Bar Association, Brazilian Bar Association, and professor at Universidade Cândido Mendes and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
