Director, Port OperationsThe Northwest Seaport Alliance, Seattle/Tacoma, Washington (October 2014 – Present) o Lead all Port operations in both the Port of Seattle and Tacoma. o Responsible for the North Intermodal yard which is an on-dock rail yard servicing two major terminals in the Port of Tacoma. o Serve as the key operational lead for both Class 1 railroads as well as liaise with the Port of Tacoma’s short line rail provider Tacoma Rail on all operational matterso Direct and lead all breakbulk (including military) operations for the Alliance and successfully moved over tons through the gateway in 2016o Selected as the operational military liaison for the Alliance. The Port of Tacoma has been classified as a ‘strategic port’ for the U.S. Military.o Manage operational relationship with ILWU and the Pacific Maritime Associationo In charge of the Alliance’s safety program
