Rob established and leads a dedicated US tax Asset Management team in Toronto that services funds (private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, and hedge funds) through their entire life cycle including, but not limited to, fund structuring, assisting with investor tax queries, acquisition and financing structuring, fund tax compliance, portfolio company reorganization work, and exit planning. Rob is a preeminent U.S. tax practitioner in Canada specializing in U.S. tax issues affecting the Asset Management industry.
