ABOUT ROBERT MCLEAN
As General Counsel for EnPro Industries, I oversee legal affairs our publicly-traded, global industrial technology company and roughly 3,400 colleagues worldwide. As a business leader, I am intimately involved in developing our growth and value creation strategy of focusing on niche, high margin, strong cash flow, industrial technology businesses operating in faster growth markets supported by strong secular tailwinds, with meaningful aftermarket exposure. I am part of the team effort to implement this strategy through acquisitions, divestitures and organic growth strategies. I have twice served as acting chief human resource officer for our company, with responsibility for talent, compensation and benefits. Other current areas of responsibility include our ESG strategy and efforts, our compliance programs, our global insurance program, environmental, our compensation and benefits programs and governance.
