About Robert McLean

As General Counsel for EnPro Industries, I oversee legal affairs our publicly-traded, global industrial technology company and roughly 3,400 colleagues worldwide. As a business leader, I am intimately involved in developing our growth and value creation strategy of focusing on niche, high margin, strong cash flow, industrial technology businesses operating in faster growth markets supported by strong secular tailwinds, with meaningful aftermarket exposure. I am part of the team effort to implement this strategy through acquisitions, divestitures and organic growth strategies. I have twice served as acting chief human resource officer for our company, with responsibility for talent, compensation and benefits. Other current areas of responsibility include our ESG strategy and efforts, our compliance programs, our global insurance program, environmental, our compensation and benefits programs and governance. I have served for a number of years as management liaison for the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of our Board.My goal, and the goal of every EnPro employee, whether our function is sales in Bavay, France, our semiconductor cleaning, coating and refurbishment operations in Taiwan, or accounting services in Singapore, is to ensure that our people, processes and organizational culture are aligned with our goals of safety, excellence and respect in all that we do.We are a global organization with employees in 33 countries and over different customers in more than 100 different countries.
