Responsibilities Include- Perform administrative tasks associated with the management of Microsoft 365 SaaS offerings- Oversee the hierarchal management of SharePoint sites hosted in Flank Speed- Manage tenant-wide configuration settings for Microsoft SaaS offerings- Provide support for Teams Live Events as requested- Monitor Microsoft 365 Admin Center for service-related incidents, outages, and feature releases- Implement and manage storage, deploy and manage Azure compute resources, and configure and manage virtual networking- Manage Azure Information Protection data labels, controls, Azure identities and governance- Participate in various ITSM roles and activities (as required) including but not limited to: Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem management- Monitor, analyze, and respond to alerts from M365 SaaS cloud operational and security tools and services- Perform M365 SaaS cloud service operations, analyze operational performance and trends, and support applications and systems on premise, and in cloud, inclusive of network, server, and endpoints.
