I have over thirty years experience of managing and planning utility civil engineering projects from inception to completion.I act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards, I manage the daily activities in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and programme.Managing costs associated with the works, and any variations should they arise.Involved with weekly progress meetings with the planning team and producing the required timeline of works / action points.Managing subcontractors and direct labour to ensure projects are delivered on time and compliant.Carry out investigation into defects and provide engineered solutions where necessary.Review of ongoing works with a view to highlight potential defects & delays.Ensure the Company Health and Safety safe working practices are observed at all timesComply with Company Policies and Procedures
