ABOUT ROBERT MCKIBBIN

I took the decision to semi retire in July 2023. Moving forward I will consider short term roles only as I want to spend some time travelling with my family.From September 2022 to July 2023 I worked for Majas switchgear as the siteworks manager. A very interesting and challenging role in a specialist industry.My Previous role as Data Centre Maintenance Manager for Co-op group, responsible for the day to day uptime of the data centres plus the strategic planning of the delivery of services and investment across our data centre estate from November 2016 to September 2022. Before this I worked as a technical and hard services FM for the Co-op estate with a portfolio of 10 sites that I was directly responsible for from 2010.A highly motivated and experienced individual, with extensive FM and Project management experience. Working for over 20 years exclusively in FM and with over 40 years’ experience gained industrial electrical, domestic electrical, property restoration and mechanical fitting. Being very client focused with excellent communication and team leader skills, used to working with very demanding customers, enthusiastic, energetic and experienced in project management, the candidate has the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Experienced in many different levels of FM delivery. A qualified engineer with up to date health and safety qualifications, who has always shown a high level of commitment to his employed.
