Our team strategically refined key areas:People: We have developed a comprehensive training program, emphasizing skill enhancement, the application of the DMAIC process, and overall process improvement.Culture: By implementing Paul Akers\' 2-Second Lean approach, team members are encouraged to identify process opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our operations.First year savings are $2,3 million. Tools: To optimize cycle time, enhance client experience, and drive data-driven decisions, the daily management program has been overhauled. This restructuring accommodated both in-person and hybrid work teams, driving its effectiveness in our evolving work environment.Additionally, 5S principles are championed, promoting workplace organization and efficiency.Our collective efforts are contributing to the growth and efficiency of the organization but also driving a culture of adaptability and innovation.
