   Serving as principal solutions team leader of my Customer Unit CTO team, we helped T-Mobile achieve many remarkable 5G technology milestones and “world’s firsts” on Ericsson RAN, for example:• World’s first low-band data session on a commercial 5G modem [7/11/2019]• World’s first multi-vendor Stand-Alone 5G data session on a Multi‑Vendor Radio and Core Network [7/31/2019]• America’s first nationwide 5G commercial launch (low-band, NSA)[12/2/2019]• Several 5G “world’s firsts” with a commercial smartphone on a production network, including the first low-band SA 5G data session, first call with EPS fallback, and first VoNR & ViNR calls.[5/4/2020]• World’s first nationwide 5G Standalone (SA) launch [8/4/2020]• World’s First Standalone 5G Carrier Aggregation Achievement (3CC 2T+F) topping 3 Gbps [6/14/2022]Led network evolution study engagement toward T-Mobile’s President of Technology, providing guidance on key technology investments in network and spectrum.Led an R&D collaboration program with T-Mobile, where we hosted developers and system experts who engaged directly with the customer to align on network challenges and derive appropriate solutions and feature requirements to support T-Mobile’s 5G network transformation after the merger with Sprint. This model program ensured that we delivered the right solutions and configurations to T-Mobile to support their aggressive 5G network transformation.Served as the prime Customer Solutions Responsible (CSR) for several major network transformation programs, including the initial LTE network roll-out based on Antenna Integrated Radio (AIR) in 2012, the low-band LTE and rural LTE expansion contract that was the basis for T Mobile’s Extended Range LTE offering in 2014, the AIR 32 program for 4x4 MIMO in 2015/2016, 5G contract of 2018, and the “New T-Mobile” 5G contract in 2021 to realize the full benefits of T-Mobile’s merger with Sprint.
