Lead the project team and own full responsibility for design, delivery, and budget for SAP S/4 HANA across the enterprise, migrating from two legacy platforms covering 80 plants and 4500+ users across North America. Key Achievements: • Built SAP global template covering all business processes for all business units that are part of the SD, MM, PP, PS, PPM, FICO modules along with all integrations on time and budget. • Minimized customization to ensure quality of solution, upgrade potential, and speed of implementation by owning change control board, leading to a RICEFW with < 90 objects and 10 enhancements. • Manage all key decisions: timeline, roll-out plan, staffing, budget, cutover, and change management; project remains on-time and on budget and excited user base. • Frequently advise top executives on design recommendations that impact major business processes via steering committee and offline conversations. • Conduct regular program audits of documentation, testing, training and scope to ensure compliance with approved changes, quality of delivery, and user acceptance. • Manage system integrator relationship and resources, adding and eliminating augmentation resources to maximize efficiency to time/budget. • Direct and oversee all change management initiatives including communication planning and platform, site visits, and incentives along with tools to measure user adoption.
