   My primary projects have been with an enterprise level software company in Redmond Washington as a Technical Program Manager focused on PC and Console gaming. My duties include console bug documentation, community management and forums, designing a new publishing to the client store application, defining KPI, establishing processes that align to KPI, status, standups, managing schedule and project backlog. I use several tools in my daily work including Azure DevOPS, Project and Excel. My clients identify my work as the key driver in contract renewals for our managed services Detailed project worked on and contribution for this period including centered around documentation quality.• COMPLETED: Xice PM duties and assisted with the team turnaround. A previous instance of the team was noted for poor bug escalations, worked with the team to focus on escalations and this effort caused a 24% reduction in esculations while maintaining the same ticket volume. This was noted by Microsoft and called out by the development team as well. Covid staffing changes caused this program to end. • COMPLETED: MSSA which is a program to teach veterans to be software professionals. My task was to hire, train and document the recruiting process for 13 recruiters located in the Las Vegas area. The program had gone through a previous vendor and the customer was unhappy. Working with the team and the customer we were able to increase placements (hires) from 65% to 80%. This was accomplished by focusing on process and teaching the team the high-level areas of software development. The customer noted my contribution as a primary driver of success turn around.
