I have worked in the domestic gas industry for 15yrs in both insurance & social housing roles.I\'ve very much enjoyed being \"on the tools\" but due to a knee injury 2 years ago I\'ve realised the time has come to fine a role thats more desk based. Luckily for me I\'ve found my self already working for a forward thinking organisation.That needs experienced & skilled people who are not afraid of new challenges. & so I\'m very excited to be taking on a new position that\'s is as some have said the perfect fit for me! Gas triage.so for those who that doest mean much it\'s remote repair if possible by video link and it thats not possible relying extra information & possible parts required to the attending engineer.It\'s a win either way for the customer.we eithet get them up & running again much more quickly or the repair is carried out a lot quicker. I very much enjoy helping the customers & my colleagues so its very much a win for me to.
