He began his career with Pelco Products Inc. in 1989 and quickly earned the trust of those he worked with. He diligently worked his way up through positions as Operations Coordinator, Traffic Sales Manager and Director of Customer Relations. Working as part of a successful team with the nation’s largest manufacture of traffic signal hardware has provided him with the opportunity for training in Failure Mode & Effects Analysis, 8-D Problem Solving, ISO, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing, Strategic Planning and Product Development.Bob is active in the International Signal Association, Institute of Transportation Engineers, Intelligent Transportation Society, and the Oklahoma Traffic Engineers Association.
