Responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company by working through direct report management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Managing the day-to-day operations of 45 engineers, technicians, and administrative staff in support of 10 Public Works, Rural Water Districts, and Water Corporations. Working hand-in-hand with the Boards of Directors to ensure strategic and fiscal goals are met. Developed and implemented an online bill monitoring and payment system. Updated and modernized fleet services with automated work order systems. Expanded capital construction operations to include surface water and well water construction projects. Executing projects with broad scope and costs up to $2MM individually and $10MM annually. Negotiated contracts with potential customers to grow the business.
