As a seasoned attorney mediator licensed as an attorney in California and New York, I bring over 40 years of experience resolving complex civil disputes with clarity, strategy, and compassion. My focus is on alternative dispute resolution (ADR)—especially mediation- to help individuals, businesses, and organizations reach efficient settlements without the uncertainty or economic and emotional expense of trial.I have successfully mediated and resolved over 300 civil cases as a mediator; I have participated in more than 300 mediations as a mediation advocate, and in past years, tried scores of bench trials, arbitrations, and jury trials - giving me deep insight into how to guide parties, as a mediator, toward fair, informed and acceptable outcomes.
