ii. Robert leads the implementation of Paradigm’s OMNI Quoting system into the Fancy ecosystem. This system will manage all quoting functions for Fancy Windows and will serve to facilitate customer management until architectural decisions are made on CRM investment as part of Phase 2. Using a hybrid approach, Scrum methodology with JIRA was employed for internal project management within Fancy Windows including all change management tasks while the vendor requested a Waterfall approach for working through requirements and project management and JIRA for tracking Paradigm development tasks. Internal / External resources – vendor Robert leads the customization and implementation of INFOR CSI into the Fancy ecosystem. This implementation includes requirements gathering, process mapping and organizational alignment for INFOR CSI to manage all accounting and inventory functions for Fancy windows, automation of critical manufacturing processes, master data preparation / cleansing and migration into the cloud; change management and training for internal Fancy Windows resources. Robert used a hybrid approach of Scrum and Waterfall with JIRA and MS Project to manage internal and external resources through the SDLC. Robert manages budget, quality and timeline providing regular presentation updates to executive stakeholders on progress and status. Internal / External resources – vendor managementi.
