I\'m a mental health counselor with a limited permit (MHC-LP) working at the NEw York Foundling full time as a family therapist and part time at Liberation Based Psychotherapy. With a strong foundation in psychology and counseling and a holistic, client-centered approach including modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more, I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate complex emotional, improve relationships, and reconnect with their inner strengths.My experience includes individual, couple, and family therapy, biopsychosocial assessment, trauma-informed care, tutoring, and mentoring. In both clinical and educational settings, I\'ve consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to growth, connection, and empowerment—whether by supporting clients through emotional regulation and self-worth struggles or mentoring students to develop stronger academic and personal resilience.I bring a unique blend of working in academic settings tutoring, mentoring, and leading groups, combined with a compassionate, strength-based clinical presence. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward lasting change.
