Mr. Lott provides the vision, business development, policy guidance, and implementation of all Sec-Ops operations. He ensures the funding, manning, training and equipping of all Sec-Ops employees, security forces assigned for contracts, technology support equipment, design-build security technology projects and deployment forces nationwide. He provides for the training of the entire Sec-Ops work force in safety, human resources, continuing education. Provides oversight for the maintenance of all corporate assets. He is responsible for the safe work environments of all Sec-Ops Employees in six states, the physical security of all protection level resources contracted and the facility security program. Mr. Lott is the corporate subject matter expert in antiterrorism, weapons of mass destruction, security system design/build, law enforcement support, military facility security and investigation of criminal activity for all contract sites.As the Corporate Executive Manager and the company’s disciplined leader, he demonstrates the ability to handle, mediate and resolve all corporate and client issues. He leads the Emergency Management division ensuring rapid response capabilities for all clients.
