I am a senior safety, risk, and human capital executive with more than 20 years of experience advising boards, executives, insurers, and operators on enterprise risk, workforce wellbeing, and organizational resilience.My work sits at the intersection of physical safety, psychosocial risk, and organizational pressure. I am the co-creator of the Pressure & Capacity risk framework, which identifies upstream systemic drivers of human error, stress, and mental health risk—before incidents occur.I have led enterprise safety and risk programs across complex, multi-site organizations, transitioned companies into captive insurance structures, and achieved a 97% risk-control assessment through integrated governance, analytics, and leadership alignment.
