Working to a high standard of service delivery within all aligned clients, a key trusted advisor to all clients and strategic forums for a number of years now. Significant exposure, management and implementing the ITIL IT Service Management frameworks across ITIL v2, v3 and v4 iterations.During my career I have worked with high profile clients managing their end to end service deliverables through prestigious events such as London 2012 Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and Rugby World Cup 2015 along with other major sporting and business critical events.As Managing Director at Central Technology, I am proud to lead this tremendous company and the talented people within it, as well as being able to ensure successful outcomes for our valued customers.
