I\'ve always wondered why, if we have the ability to find the failures before they happen, then why dont we?After Serving with the US Army as a Reconnaissance Specialist then several overseas PMC contracts, I found my niche working with my hands as a Reliability Specialist here in Houston Texas.Having a mechanical background then being introduced to Predictive Maintenance and vibration analysis I learned how we can predict the problems that I had been fixing, saving both time and money for the client.

As the Manager, I am also the Senior Analyst and as such, I assist the team with the techniques and tools needed to carry out the some of the more complex diagnostics that are required of us. I am responsible for the Social Media development as well as the Marketing and PR for the company.
